Our Philosophy

A term that applies to the attitude and way of being of people, because it implies having talent and imagination, leaving the comfort zone, taking on challenges and opening paths. Without fear of abandoning the safe, the conventional, the known. One point and another.
VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous). A society that today is more unpredictable than ever and where change is the only certainty. Conventional knowledge is questioned and reasoning differently acquires a great value.
We embrace this philosophy and gather in our club a number of people who have dared to think out of box, to transform the rules and anticipate the times.

Our Club is composed of young entrepreneurs, and not so young , with high academic training, and who decided to break with the established rules, contributing their knowledge to a new era in the world of gastronomy throught groundbreaking creations, wines and gourmet artisanal products
